Collective Buying
Cosmo's Card Collective is a buying collective. We do not hold large stock levels, instead well pool orders from a number of customers and bulk buy to give you the best price possible. Shop orders much be placed before the 25th so we can ship everything together on the last day of the month.
Memberships
The content of each box is not guaranteed to contain any specific product or be of a specific value. The products included will largely depend on what is available from the supplier at the time. We therefore cannot guarantee you will receive the latest release every time. Members will receive an email each month to vote on what they would like receive. The highest number of votes wins.
Cancelations
Memberships must be canceled before the 24th of the month. If you cancel before the 24th but have already paid, please contact info@cosmoscardco.co.uk for a refund. Memberships canceled after the 24th will only take effect from the following month. We are unable to refund subscriptions canceled after the 24th.
Ordering
All orders must be placed before the 25th of each month to be included in that months shipment. Orders placed after the 25th of each month will be shipped in the following months shipment.
