Ordering
All orders must be placed before the X of each month to be included in that months shipment. Orders placed after the X of each month will be shipped in the following months shipment.
Contents
The content of each box is not guaranteed to contain any specific product or be of a specific value. The products included will largely depend on what is available from the supplier at the time. We therefore cannot guarantee you will receive the latest release every time.
The value of each item will be considered to be RRP and not the current market price or cost of purchase. We aim to derive the majority of the box value from sealed products. Loose packs will only be used when it is not possible make up the value with sealed products. Loose packs may also be used a bonus item or mystery gift
Cancelations
Subscriptions must be canceled before the X of the month. If you cancel before the X but have already paid, please contact info@cosmoscardco.co.uk for a refund. Subscriptions canceled after the X will only take effect from the following month. We are unable to refund subscriptions canceled after the X.
